Anonymous Good heat but could have used more blackberry flavor
Jerry, Sorry to hear about the flavor. I normally use West Coast Blackberry but could not locate so used Andean Blackberry puree (more earthy flavor). Definately a different flavor profile! I just got in 42lb of west coast blackberry for our next batch in December.
