Carrot Cake Jam

The words “Carrot Cake” will never have the same meaning again.  This jelly tastes just like a carrot cake, incorporating shredded carrots, pineapple, cinnamon, nutmeg, & cloves into a flavor explosion.  Use it on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, or as a filling layer on a carrot cake!  Also makes a great gourmet peanut butter and jelly sandwich!
