Roasted Garlic Rosemary Jelly

Two savory flavors that were meant to be together. Garlic and rosemary roasted to golden perfection then combined with white wine and sugar to make this sweet savory jelly.  Excellent on pork or potatoes as a finishing glaze both in the oven and on the grill.  Combine it with meatballs in a slow cooker for a great appetizer.
